This is Tony. He was found abandoned, tied to a tree, until he was brought to an animal shelter. He was adopted out but found loose again, this time with an injury to one of his hind legs that required amputation. This sweet guy does not let it get him down at all and has adjusted very well to life as a tri-pawed dog.

He has done well with other dogs and very well may do well with dog-savvy cats as he tested pretty well with them at the shelter. He has also done well with the children in his foster home. Tony is a sweetheart, a completely loving boy who deserves the chance at a real home. His previous life hasn't been the greatest, but a brighter future is waiting for him...one where he will never be abandoned again.

He is a bigger boy, weighing around 65 pounds but his big heart takes up most of that weight. He is surprisingly conscious of his size despite being down a leg.  He is nothing but pure love! Happiness and joy just radiate off of him.
