Watson’s story began with a flight from a shelter in the south to recover from a traumatic amputation surgery in the comfort of good foster home. Despite his rocky start, this little boy quickly learned that cuddles, full food bowls, and safe naps were waiting for him.

Watson is an eager to please puppy who has recently found his voice and boy does he like to use it. While he loves lots of busy playtime, he’s also quite content to lay his head on a lap or sniffle in his crate for a nap. He is a total lovebug and will give affection and attention to all he meets. He is exceeding expectations with potty training and is working on basic commands and leash training. Watson shows amazing potential to learn quickly with consistent love and guidance.

All Watson needs now is a loving and patient family who will continue to build his confidence with climbing those pesky stairs and learning even more puppy commands. He loves his humans, both big and small, and doesn’t seem bothered by the many creatures that he meets outside. Watson is sure to bring sunshine into any home.
