Sonny is an 8-week-old pup with a sweet, gentle nature and a calm energy that makes him a joy to have around. He’s doing really well with crate training and settles in quietly when left alone, which is impressive for such a young puppy!

He’s still a baby and having a few accidents here and there, but he’s making great progress — especially when he goes outside with his foster siblings, where he does awesome. Sonny is also very cat-curious; he’ll investigate but doesn’t chase, and if a cat tells him “no thanks,” he respectfully walks away. While he’s overall very chill (and sometimes seems a little older than his puppy age), Sonny does get bursts of playful energy like any youngster.

He’s best suited for a home that can continue guiding him with positive structure — and he’d love a confident canine sibling who enjoys playtime but can also show him good manners. With his laid-back personality and smart, observant ways, Sonny is ready to grow into a loyal, easygoing companion.
